We know it's beautiful here in the Winter. It is also beautiful in the summer. Bring your bikes, kayaks (or rent), and your hiking boots and check it out.
If you are a Alger County resident we hope you Vote Yes on August 4th. Thank you Alger County 4H for continuing our free cross country ski lessons at Valley Spur. The Friends of Valley Spur for many years ran this program before 4H stepped in to help us out. 4H provides the sign up, organizing of ski groups, vetting of volunteer ski coaches and covering this program with insurance. Please support Alger County 4H/MSU in the upcoming election on August 4th and vote yes.
